Simplicity
the state, quality, or an instance of being simple.
I chose this statement for my topic. "Simplicity helps us to maintain clarity of mind and purpose." I picked this statement because I agree that I need to give up lots of things to focus on only one thing.

I came to America when I was in 6th grade. I came to America to learn English so I can succeed later on. I gave up so many things to come to America. First, I had to leave my family and my friends. I think that it was the hardest things to do to come here. Next I had to study more than playing with my friends. I had to spend more time and make more effort understand its concept because every subject was in English not in Korea.
When I first heard about simplicity I did not understand its concept but I think I learned a lot about simplicity from this homework. Also I found out something really important by doing my English homework. I found out why we had meetings for worship and moment of silence before class. I think we have meetings for worship and moment of silence before we start our class so we can think about simplicity like peace.

I believe that if you try something really hard then you will get what you want. My dad influenced me a lot, because when he was young he’s Family was really poor so my dad tried hard to success. He studied hard and he went to a good college in Korea. He was a car dallier before he got married with my mom but after he got married he made his own restaurant but he failed. So he got job from BMW and he earned money to make a new restaurant. When he made new restaurant he had hard time because of flu but he did not give up because he wanted to be an owner of restaurant so bad and now he became an owner of restaurants. He made lots of restaurants after he became owner that is how I can stay in United States of America.
Also I believe that if you try something really hard then you will get what you want because of my personal experience. I came to United States of America when I was in 6th grade. When I was in 6th grade I went to private school and end of 6th grade I was worried because of middle school. My old school was only up to 6th grade so I had to move to other private school. So my guardian searched schools for me and she found three schools that I can go to. Two of them were catholic school and one of school was Newtown Friends School. My mom wants me to go to Newtown Friends School because my family is Christian but there was a problem. I had to take SSAT test and pass SSAT test to get in NFS. I was worried because my English was not good but I decided to try. I studied a lot to get in to NFS because if I do not pass SSAT test then I would probably have to go back to Korea or go to other place to live in USA. Finally I passed SSAT test and now I am NFS.
So this is why I believe that if you try something really hard then you will get what you want.
